Yes, our community welcomes your furry friend! Our community has a one-time pet deposit of $400.00 for one pet or $600.00 for two pets, with a $25.00 pet rent, per pet, per month. While we love all animals, certain breeds are restricted. These include: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepherd, Shepherd, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits, and Pot-Bellied Pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also restricted.

Deposit varies based on application acceptance.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Pest control, valet trash, water, sewer, and other utility fees may apply.

Parking is first come, first serve with no fees.

When you are ready to apply, please have the following documents for a smoother application process: U.S. Government issued Photo ID (drivers license or passport) and proof of employment such as paycheck stubs or an official offer letter. A rental, criminal, and background check will be processed through a 3rd party agency.

The income requirement to lease an apartment home is 3 times the monthly rent in gross income. Example: rent for your new home is $1000.00. To qualify in the income portion of the application, you will need to provide proof of income that meets $3000.00 gross income per month or more.
